Luling City Market was founded by the Craig family in 1981. We have been family owned and operated for over 43 years, bringing the distinct Central Texas Barbeque style to the city. We slow smoke all our meat over Post Oak wood in specially designed pits. All of the smoke flavor and the distinctive smoke ring are genuine. We also make our own beef sausage links from scratch and they have been a house favorite throughout the years!

Our melt in your mouth brisket, turkey breast, pork ribs, chicken and our homemade sausage links will not disappoint! Our experienced long-time employees prepare our house made delicious coleslaw, potato salad and pinto beans along with homemade individual pecan pies and Texas-size brownies. We have the perfect side dishes to compliment the best Bar-B-Que you will ever experience!

We make our distinctive Luling City Market Bar-B-Que Sauce in house also! Folks love our tangy mustard-based sauce and it has been one of our most popular items over the years! We ship it all over the USA. We also sell our Luling City Market Rub for those that want to create a great barbecue experience at home!

Come dine with us in our rustic atmosphere! We have a small mixed drink bar to satisfy the Texas taste buds that goes well with our slow smoked Bar-B-Que!
